FEE IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2020 / 2021
Tuition fee resulting from the terms of the agreement shall be paid on the dates and to the bank account specified in the agreement. Deadline for payment of tuition fee for the first year students/candidates is 14 days from the date presented on the agreement. The confirmation of payment of the University tuition fee for first academic year should be send to University till the 31st August 2020. All candidates will be assigned their own individual bank account number. The payment must be done for this individual account. Do not forget to write ED or English Division as well as your full name on your bank money order. The first year students, who are not able to pay for whole study period, can pay for the first semester - 25.000 PLN.The deadline for this payment can be found in the Agreement. The next installment for second semester is 25.000 PLN. The students are obliged to pay the second part of payment for the second semester before the 15th February.

Each candidate is required to pay the recruitment fee to their individually assigned bank account of the University as generated by the IRK. The recruitment fee is 85 PLN. Please note that the payment date is the date of crediting the tuition fee to the bank account of the University. When making the payment order, please state the payer as the party paying the bank costs.

All students recruited in academic year 2011/2012 or earlier should pay tuition fee in Euro, student's recruited in academic year 2012/2013 should pay in PLN.

Those students who did not pay the tuition fee for the whole academic year and did not submit a request for division of payment into two installments and prolongation of a deadline are requested to complete the forms and submit for Dean's decision. The delayed payment will be the reason for a "Call for payment" of the whole amount of tuition fee and other steps resulting from the regulation of studies.

The deadline is the date when money should be on University's account.

Prolongation of the payment doesn't mean that the University doesn't calculate the interest of payment between the basic deadline (from your agreement) and the prolongation's date. The prolongation means that till this date we will not withdraw you from the list of students.
The University shall not bear the costs associated with payments made by the Foreign Student (e.g. bank transfer fees).
If you repeat the subject or the year please come to ED office to fill in proper documents.

After receiving "Certificate of Enrolment" from the English Division, you are formally accepted as a student of the Faculty of Medicine or the Faculty of Dentistry.
 After having signed the application form, you agree to abide by the study regulations and undertake to make the necessary regular payments of the university fees.

The payment of the annual University tuition fee should be done till 15th September for each year.

The students enrolled since the academic year 2012/2013 are obliged to pay the non-refundable admission fee 900 PLN as well as the respective tuition fee till the 31st of August 2012. The payment of the annual University tuition fee should be done till 15th September for each next year.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO PAY TUITION FEE TO YOU INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT NUMBER WHICH YOU CAN FIND IN YOUR AGREEMENT.

Transfer students are obliged to pay the same fee for their first year in the WMU as the first year students, and standard fee for the next years.

It is worth remembering that the transfer may take more than one week. Payment date on September 15th means that the money must be on bank account of the university on this day.
